We are currently seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team for various projects in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity to work with reputable clients and gain valuable experience in the construction field.
Position Overview: We are looking for reliable General Laborers who can perform a variety of tasks to support our skilled tradespeople on construction sites in Boynton Beach, FL. Candidates must have their own transportation and be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from the construction site.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lifting materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and tidying up work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- Own reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisors.
- Must have basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Please be advised that obtaining a JLA Badge is a requirement for this position. The company will cover the associated costs of the JLA Badge once you have successfully passed the required background check.
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience).
