Must reside in SF Bay area or be willing to travel to and from the office daily. Parking will be included with this position. 

Details about roles and responsibilities:

• Needed at minimum daily from 8-12, 20 hours a week.
  
• San Francisco is the company's headquarters, hosting the majority of the executive leadership team, and requires executive "white glove" support, including assistance with the AV system for all-hands meetings.
• San Francisco has approximately 100 employees, including the CEO, several other C-level executives, and VPs.
• The customer emphasized the CEO's hands-on approach and need for continuous updates, even if issues are not yet resolved. White glove service specifically to this CEO was a repeating point of the conversation.
• The customer also described the AV setup for all-hands meetings, which involves cameras, microphones, and a switcher, noting that he doesn't trust handing off its operation to non-technical staff like an office manager.
  • The customer has multiple All-Hands meetings with different divisions so this is a reoccurring need throughout the two month engagement and this person should have a background in supporting this type of tech.
• The role will also handle distribution of new hire laptops, onsite troubleshooting, and direct executive support, which could involve granting access to Okta, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • The customer will extend access for them to support and admin these tools for the San Fran office.
• The customer will provide a laptop for use for the resource.
• Dress policy is business casual, describing the company as a software/tech company in San Francisco that is "pretty easygoing," suggesting attire like a button-up shirt or a three-quarter zip.
