Training and Experience Successful experience working with students Must meet all background requirements Prior coaching experience preferred. Licensing and Certification Requirements National Federation of State High Schools Association (NFHSA) certification. Valid Arizona teacher or Substitute certification. Obtain appropriate training and certification to transport students in the white buses. Training must be completed within two weeks of beginning employment.
