The Farmer's Table Restaurant is a scratch, Farm to Table, Full Service Restaurant, located in Historic Downtown Medina. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities Work closely with Chef to achieve excellent quality food, customer satisfaction and work as a team Train and develop line cooks to company standards Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards Work with Chef to ensure kitchen is running at peak performance Qualifications Experience working as a grill cook, sous chef or chef in a team environment High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume We are looking forward to receiving your application.
