Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Breast Surgeon to become a part of our esteemed breast care team. • Scope of Practice: Comprehensive breast surgical services and collaboration in clinic management.
• Annual Volume: Approximately 450 cases.
• Call Schedule: Low volume, equitable call responsibilities.
• Facilities: Onsite ultrasound, punch biopsies, mammography/MRI/guided biopsies, pharmacy, and lab services.
• Operating Room: Block scheduling available.
• Clinic Hours: 1.5 days per week.
• Teaching Role: Faculty position in General Surgery Residency.

• Compensation: Competitive salary with a two-year income guarantee.
• Recruitment Bonus: $150,000 incentive.

• Surgical Capabilities: Advanced surgical and diagnostic services including colorectal surgery, surgical oncology, thoracic surgery, and neurosurgery, with the first site in Iowa to offer ION technology for robotic-assisted lung biopsies.
• Unique Services: Iowa's only CyberKnife.
