Join a busy, self-pay cosmetic surgery practice alongside Dr. David Robbins and an experienced clinical team

Join the busiest plastic surgeon in the state (by case volume) and work alongside him to grow your practice and benefit from established referral networks

Schedule

Full-time cosmetic surgery practice with complete autonomy over your schedule

Ramp-up at a pace that is comfortable for you

No ER coverage, no insurance billing, and no hospital or trauma call

Dedicated team of PAs, RNs, and surgical assistants supporting pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care

In-house marketing team and streamlined EMR system to optimize patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary for the first two years with collections model - whichever is higher!

Partnership with equity ownership model - 1M+ opportunity

Percentage of collections: 35% (years 1-2), 40% (years 3-5), 45% (year 6+)

Sign-on bonus; 6 weeks PTO; CME and full benefits; relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery

Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures

Patient-centered, collaborative mindset with interest in long-term partnership and practice growth

Eligible to buy into practice equity after two years (CPP model with annual dividends)
