Job Description/Desired Qualifications:

• 10 + Years Work with Cloud Architecture, Automation & FinOps
• Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred), Azure, or Databricks environments
• Implements IaC (Terraform, Bicep) and containerized workloads
• Applies standard scaling and availability patterns Better
• Designs multi-cloud AI infrastructure with integrated governance
• Embeds policy controls directly into IaC and deployment pipelines
• Drives AI FinOps discipline:
• • Token usage optimization
  • Cost/performance trade-offs
  • Enterprise cost visibility

Security, Compliance & Risk

• Applies standard cloud security practices (IAM, encryption, secrets)
• Understands basic secure CI/CD practices
• Follows established governance requirements Better
• Embeds security and compliance into AI pipelines (shift-left)
• Implements model risk management controls:
• • Auditability
  • Explainability
  • Access governance
• Designs systems aligned to regulated environments (e.g., NERC, data boundaries
• Enforces runtime guardrails and policy controls AI/ML Lifecycle & Observability
• Implements model monitoring (performance metrics, drift detection)
• Uses tools for logging, alerting, and basic observability
• Understands retraining triggers and lifecycle stages
• Designs enterprise observability strategy for AI systems, including:
• • Model + agent performance
  • Data drift, bias, and reliability signals
• Implements centralized monitoring frameworks across platforms
• Enables proactive detection and automated response mechanisms
• Aligns observability to business KPIs (adoption, cost, accuracy, reliability) Agentic AI / Advanced AI Systems Good
• Exposure to LLM-based applications or agents
• Understands prompting, API integrations, and basic orchestration
• Familiar with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain-style patterns)
• Designs and operates agent-based systems at scale, including:
• • Multi-agent coordination
  • Tool usage orchestration
  • Memory and state management
• Implements agent runtime guardrails, safety controls, and policy enforcement
• Establishes AgentOps practices (deployment, testing, monitoring, iteration
• Understands failure modes of autonomous systems and mitigation strategies
