Physician Recruiter

Honor Providers is seeking motivated, and competitive individuals to join our growing physician staffing team. Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians for locum tenens assignments across the United States
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates through phone calls, email, and text messaging
• Conduct candidate screening calls to evaluate experience, availability, licensing, and practice preferences
• Present qualified candidates to healthcare facilities and coordinate interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity within the company CRM 
• Follow up consistently with active candidates and open opportunities to drive placements
• Generate new leads through sourcing, cold calling, referrals, job boards, and networking
• Collaborate with credentialing, sales, and leadership teams throughout the placement process

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and handling objections
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing conversations and opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools
• Prior recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
