Job Functions

• Set up and reset corporate spaces for meetings, conferences, and events
• Transport and set up items according to specified plans, including items such as furniture, appliances, drink coolers, tents, and other items necessary to accommodate planned meetings and events
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and evaluate building systems and components to determine the need for repair
• Repair building systems and components found inoperative, damaged, or worn
• Support HVAC technicians with filter changes, equipment PM's, and troubleshooting to ensure optimum system performance
• Provide oversight for contracted services
• Perform manual physical labor, including lifting and moving materials, furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Work in a safe manner with personal safety and the safety of others as the number one priority
• Assist at Corporate Mail Distribution Center as needed

Experience and Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.

Skills and Demands

Ability to do manual work for 8 hours per day The ability to lift up to 50lbs Work overhead, in tight areas, off of ladders, scaffolds, and at floor level Requires normal range of hearing and vision Valid driver's license is required

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) located at Love's Corporate Office in Oklahoma City. Typically the work hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
