Dental Front Desk Specialist

Position Hours Monday: 7:45 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday: 7:45 am - 6:30 pm Wednesday: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Thursday: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Friday: 7:45 am - 12:00 pm Job Summary Responsible for greeting patients, patient registration, financial counseling, referrals, establishing and maintaining accurate patient dental records in the computer. This position may require some medical and dental front desk responsibilities. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience 2 years of dental office experience preferred including Electronic Medical Records or other dental software. Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience with Care Credit financing preferred. Certification / Licensure None Special Skills Must be proficient with dental procedure codes; exemplary attendance and punctuality is required. Bi‑lingual preferred.
