Step into a dynamic contract role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This assignment, located near Albany, OR, is a part-time opportunity spanning approximately 20 hours per week over a six-week term. You'll have an impact across multiple school sites, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide speech-language therapy services in an engaging, student-centered environment.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Oregon SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools
• Familiarity with healthcare-related SLP practices and teletherapy platforms
• Competency in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for diverse K-12 learners
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative, multi-site educational structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person speech-language therapy services for K-12 students across assigned schools
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with district guidelines
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success
• Provide consultation and training as needed to staff supporting students with communication needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and energetic school culture
• Adhere to all onboarding and compliance requirements, including fingerprint background checks
