Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
• Deep understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Skill in developing and implementing IEPs and participating in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication for engaging with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to students with speech and language impairments
• Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with education teams to support student progress
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within classroom and pull-out settings
• Educate and support teachers and family members on strategies for improving student outcomes
