Schedule

12H Day shift with a minimum of every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 4 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: Contract specifics to be discussed.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid certification.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• Long-term care experience is required.
• Floating to other units may be required.
• Must be comfortable working with dementia patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and education as required.

Compliance / Notes

Background checks will be conducted, including a nationwide check, and must be completed within 18 months of the start date. Reliable transportation is required, as public transport is not accessible in this area. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
