Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent for the Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham Downtown at UAB. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests and assisting them throughout their stay. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests, providing local information, and ensuring a pleasant experience at all times. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant personality.
