Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Lead

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Lead to manage production scheduling, inventory strategy, and supply chain analytics at its Westborough manufacturing site. This individual contributor role develops executable production plans and recommendations to optimize delivery, inventory, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Own site master production schedule and materials-planning process to improve customer delivery and order management
Analyze inventory, working capital, capacity constraints, and material availability to identify optimization opportunities
Establish and maintain planning discipline in Oracle, including parameters, lead times, and control mechanisms
Develop operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI and Excel for cross-functional visibility
Lead cross-functional planning and continuous-improvement initiatives applying Danaher Business System principles

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of functional experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory management in manufacturing
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI or comparable business-intelligence tools for analytics and reporting
Working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems for material requirements planning and inventory controls
Ability to translate demand, capacity, and master-data analysis into documented cross-functional recommendations
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
