Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Perform and interpret neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols
• Support trauma cases and assist with stabilization of critically ill or injured patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Some trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
