Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates at select sites.Our US Locations:East Granby, CTEast Hartford, CTWarren, MILansing, MIWest Chester, OHOgden, UTWhat You'll Do:Operate 3,4, and 5axis CNC milling and/or turning machinesRun multiple machines simultaneously, as most equipment is part of manufacturing cells or machining centersMachine hard metals such as Inconel, titanium, and stainless steelLoad parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position workpieces in machinesMake programrequired offsets and adjustments using Fanuc controlsRead and interpret CNC programs at the machineSet up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configurationInspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specificationsWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or GEDExperience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipmentAbility to read English and interpret symbols on operation sheetsStrong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in mathematics and calculator useExperience making offsets at the machineAbility to read and understand CNC programsExperience setting up and using machining tools and fixturesProficiency with precision measuring equipment, including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometersFamiliarity with rightangle head operationsWorking knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to work within tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)Preferred Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in aerospace or highprecision manufacturing3+ years of experience operating CNC multiaxis milling machinesHave a great attitude and a willingness to learn?
