Chief Maintenance

Chief Maintenance

TRU by Hilton is seeking a skilled Chief Maintenance to lead our hotel property maintenance efforts. In this full-time role, you'll help ensure the building, systems, and grounds are safe, reliable, and guest-ready every day. If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving and have experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, you'll play a key role in protecting comfort, safety, and smooth operations across the property.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep the property running efficiently
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs efficiently
  • Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
  • Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures to keep guests and team members safe
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including outside grounds, and complete preventative maintenance tasks
