Remote Call Center Manager

To support a high-volume remote call center, the full-time Remote Call Center Manager will oversee workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and operational reporting while ensuring staffing resources align with operational demand. Key responsibilities Develop workforce forecasts and staffing plans to meet operational needs Manage employee scheduling and optimize workforce activities Produce and analyze operational reports and performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum five years of experience in workforce management or contact center operations Experience with workforce management software and reporting tools Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Must meet security eligibility requirements
