Regional Director of Rehab Peoria IL

As a Regional Director of Rehab at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our rehabilitation services in the Peoria, IL area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our rehab team, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their skills and abilities
Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services that align with our organization's goals and mission
Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
Conduct quality assessments and quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency
Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and the community, promoting our organization's reputation and reputation

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in rehabilitation leadership or management
Degree in a related field (Level of Education)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
