We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk at our Kingston PA this position you would be responsible for inspecting linens and carts to ensure they meet established laundry quality linen standards as well as supporting quality improvement efforts to ensure linen products meet company and customer standards and supporting in house human resource functions. The rate for this position starts at $19/hour and is commensurate with addition HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Inspects linens according to established Laundry Quality Linen Standards and records deficiencies on quality control forms.
• Examines linen carts to verify correct quantities proper packing and overall neatness.
• Inspects sewing and condemned linen carts to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Posts quality notifications on designated bulletin boards to keep employees informed of quality concerns and expectations.
• Completes and submits daily quality control reports and inspection records to management.
• Collaborates and provides backup support to human resources as needed.
• Communicates quality concerns and inspection findings to supervisors to support corrective actions and maintain quality standards.

What you will bring to the role:

• High school diploma or GED required; with 1 year of Production experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail accuracy and quality control documentation.
• Ability to analyze quality trends and adjust data as needed.
• Effective teamwork and professional communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook Teams) and data management skills.

• Ability to carry up to 20lbs and lift up to 50lbs

Additional information:

This position reports to the General Manager and will be based out of our Kingston PA location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

• The normal work schedule for this position is 10am-6:30pm
