YourSpace Storage is looking for motivated, outgoing, and friendly leasing professionals to add to its growing team. This position offers a flexible work schedule and requires weekends. We are hiring in Owings Mills and Rolling Road locations. 

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and/or sales experience with cash handling.
• Administrative organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.
• Prior storage experience is a plus.

Job Description:

The full-time position includes competitive compensation and benefits, job responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with finding the ideal storage space.
• Retail sales of moving & storage supplies.
• Promoting truck rentals.
• Accepting payments.
• Handling customer phone calls and providing customer service to all prospective and current customers.
• Prepare lease agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new customers.
• Providing light maintenance to the facility and rental trucks.
• Making collection calls to customers in arrears.
• Perform daily lock checks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time; 40 hours a week

Required license or certification :

• High School Diploma
• Maryland Driver’s License
