1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing plumbing and emergency service company specializing in drain cleaning, sewer repair, and commercial plumbing services . We’re looking for a driven outside sales professional to establish a new territory. If you’re a hunter who thrives on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals , this is a high-income opportunity in a recession-resistant industry. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling + in-person visits )
- Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
- Secure recurring service agreements
- Attend networking events and generate referrals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM
- Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
- Established territory with existing relationships + room to grow
- Strong operational team to support your sales efforts
- High-demand, essential service (customers always need us)
- Opportunity to grow into sales leadership
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven success with prospecting and closing new business
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent time management and organization
- Base + commission.
- Uncapped earnings – top performers will significantly exceed expectations
- Sales reps from service based companies, restoration companies, uniform sales, or similar industries
