Director of People Operations

To support a growing international presence, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will lead the People Operations team, overseeing core employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding, while managing compliance and operational tasks related to opening new legal entities in multiple countries. Key responsibilities Own and scale core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance training Lead the People Operations team and enhance visibility of HR operations for employees Manage the operational work of opening new legal entities internationally and maintain HR compliance across all countries Required qualifications 8-10+ years in HR/People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience with HRIS strategy and implementation (e.g., Workday, Rippling, ADP) Background in managing HR compliance operations and the full employee lifecycle International experience, particularly in EMEA, with direct experience in opening new entities Experience collaborating with or managing an Employer of Record (EOR) for international employees
