Director of HR Operations

Leading the HR Service Center team, the full-time salaried Director of HR Operations will oversee HR processes, manage UKG systems, and ensure a high-quality employee experience in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the HR Service Center team, ensuring accountability and responsiveness across all divisions Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain and optimize UKG systems for effective HR operations Oversee accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions and establish data governance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 10+ years of progressive HR operations and/or HRIS experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Deep knowledge of UKG configuration, reporting, and integrations Proven experience leading an HR service center or shared services team Strong analytical and project management skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
