Director of Human Resources Operations
Virtual Vocations Inc
Leading a highly functioning human resources team, the full-time Director of Human Resources Operations will ensure compliance with HR policies, implement training programs, and develop internal communications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws through regular audits and updates Support and implement training programs on legal compliance, including anti-discrimination laws and workplace safety Partner with recruiting stakeholders to implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Required qualifications 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related major with 2 years of experience in human resources management operations, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience in hospitality or contact center industries is preferred Ability to develop and distribute engaging internal communications regarding HR policies and organizational changes Experience leading associate engagement practices aimed at increasing employee satisfaction Knowledge of performance management practices and diversity and inclusion initiatives
