Finance Director

Director Of RevenueCsquare is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Director of Revenue to lead revenue-focused financial strategy and capital markets activity for our fast-growing data center platform. This role will sit at the intersection of revenue analytics, pricing strategy, and capital formation, with a mandate to drive revenue optimization, support financing initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and investors.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data centers or professional services, with deep expertise in revenue modeling, capital markets execution, and infrastructure investing.Position Responsibilities:Revenue Analytics & ForecastingDevelop and own revenue models tied to key operating drivers including bookings, backlog, utilization, pricing, churn, and power costsAnalyze trends in customer demand, leasing velocity, and pricing to optimize revenue growth and margin expansionPartner with sales and operations to translate pipeline activity into accurate short- and long-term revenue forecastsIdentify opportunities to enhance pricing strategy, contract structure, and revenue yield across the portfolioCapital Markets & Financing StrategySupport and lead debt financing initiatives, including bank syndications, private placements, and capital raisesBuild and maintain models for capital structure optimization and liquidity planningDevelop materials for lenders, investors, and rating agencies, including offering memoranda and investor presentationsMonitor market conditions and advise leadership on timing and structure of capital markets transactionsStrategic Investment & Portfolio AnalysisEvaluate investment opportunities including new developments, expansions, and acquisitions with a focus on revenue impact and returnsSupport portfolio-level analytics including asset performance, revenue concentration, and customer segmentationBusiness Partnering & Decision SupportCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and development teams to align revenue strategy with capital deploymentProvide actionable insights to executive leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver board-level reporting focused on revenue growth, capital efficiency, and return metricsTeam Leadership & Process ExcellenceLead and develop a high-performing team focused on revenue analytics and capital markets executionEnhance data infrastructure, reporting tools, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making speed and accuracyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred7–10+ years of experience of working for a data center company, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic finance rolesStrong expertise in revenue modeling, financial analysis, and capital markets transactionsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and BI toolsExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and investorsProven ability to influence strategic decisions and manage cross-functional initiativesEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
