Emergency Dispatch Operator — Calm Under Pressure & Tech-Savvy

FailSafe Communications

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Dispatcher to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing, dispatching, and coordinating with Police and Security Officers. This role requires strong verbal and typing skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, and respond to critical incidents in the Dallas area to maintain campus safety.
