About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU/Pre Op/Phase 2 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30; 11:00 - 19:30) Experience: 1-2 years required; first-timers accepted License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Position available for a PACU/Pre Op/Phase 2 RN. Role involves working in two different locations within the facility. Shift schedule includes 5x8s with various start times. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:1. Weekend shifts are needed based on unit requirements. On-call hours are not required. Floating to meet facility needs will be expected. This position does not accommodate block schedules. Candidates must apply for the state license if not already held. Traveler must have at least 1 year of experience in the specialty, but varies by position. One supervisor reference is required for submission. Background checks will be conducted, and all hits will be reviewed. Candidates must complete required modules before starting. A stipend for completing modules will be provided. Travelers should ensure they can comply with all background requirements.
