Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A | UPS The Tone This is a permanent role at UPS, located in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid, Atlanta, GA Pay: $70000–$90000 yearly Team: Corporate Planning team within UPS’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, collaborating cross-functionally. Mission: Lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of UPS’s consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements, while contributing to long-range planning and enterprise-wide strategy projects. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), OneStream (preferred) What You’ll Actually Do Forecast: Develop, forecast, and analyze UPS’s consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements. Monitor: Monitor and evaluate working capital trends impacting cash flow performance. Manage Data: Upload, validate, and analyze financial data within OneStream forecasting and planning software. Plan: Support long-range planning activities using advanced forecasting methodologies and statistical models. Report: Create and audit financial reports that inform senior management decisions. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related business discipline. Experience: Demonstrates an understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts such as cash flows, operating profit/loss, and net income; conducts financial analyses; experience working with and manipulating large sets of data. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work independently.
