In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on nursing support, and help create a warm and respectful experience for participants and their families every day. Responsibilities There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion Credentials and Qualifications Needed Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care Comfort with computers and electronic medical records Preferred Qualifications Spanish language skills Familiarity with culturally specific or community-based care environments Experience helping train or support staff in a collaborative setting #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
