Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted. Experience using Raintree EMR preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations: 55–63 patients per week (preferred). Completion of assigned HealthStream modules prior to start. Modules require three hours or less. Agency provides reimbursement according to internal process.

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800–1630. Schedule expectations: Open to 4x10s; must be available for two evenings per week until 1900. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week. Duration: 13 to 26 weeks. Productivity target: 55–63 patients per week. EMR: Raintree. Cancel notice: 30 days.
