Role Overview: The Email Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day production and optimization of FRAME's email and SMS marketing programs. This part-time, in-office role is based in Beverly Hills and reports to the CRM Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and eager to grow in retention marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution, quality assurance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities: Build & Execute Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including A/B tests, ensuring accurate setup, strong product presentation, and consistent brand execution. Conduct thorough QA across copy, products, imagery, links, offers, audience segments, timing, and campaign setup prior to deployment. Maintain sign-up units and automated email and SMS journeys, including timely copy and creative updates. Build and manage audience segments to support targeted and relevant customer communications. Track & Analyze Maintain accurate and consistent reporting across email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys, and subscriber growth to monitor performance and identify key insights. Produce a weekly performance report that tracks and ranks campaign results and highlights meaningful trends. Maintain an organized and up-to-date campaign calendar across email and SMS initiatives. Support campaign briefing by translating promotional, product, and seasonal priorities into clear and actionable direction. Participate in creative review sessions and make timely edits based on feedback. Partner closely with the CRM team and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate timelines, approvals, creative needs, and campaign status. Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, CRM, or ecommerce marketing; relevant internship experience will be considered. Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform; experience with Attentive, Klaviyo, or a similar platform is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, on-time work in a deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working in spreadsheets and maintaining organized campaign and performance data. Strong eye for copy, product presentation, and clean, on-brand design. Highly organized and a clear communicator who can thrive within a fast-moving retail calendar. Genuine interest in fashion, retail, and building a career in digital marketing. Experience with Figma and/or Shopify is a plus.
