About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Programs and Strategy to lead the strategic development of its global programs and engage with key stakeholders to advance the organization's mission. Lead strategic development of global programs and engage key stakeholders. Set the organization's program vision and lead programmatic development. Ensure all programs align with mission and strategic goals. Foster partnerships, represent the organization in policy and funding networks. Spearhead innovation in the field of refugee and migrant rights. Qualifications Advanced degree in law. Strong background in program leadership and successful engagement with development teams and donors. Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex legal concepts into compelling narratives. Commitment to equity and justice. Experience in impact litigation and deep understanding of refugee protections, particularly in the U.S. or European context. Leadership of a talented team, management of cross‑functional partnerships. Contribution to strategic planning and budgeting processes. Award to foster a high‑performance culture, ensure effective program outcomes, and provide a supportive, inclusive work environment.
