ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) Assist in administering various eligibility programs Provide support to employees with benefit questions, eligibility and claim issues Assist with updating and maintaining content on employee portal Administers compliance programs for annual merit increase and performance evaluations REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education High school degree required Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years health and welfare plan administration Knowledge of Peoplesoft preferred Licenses/Certifications N/A ABOUT SHEETZ Sheetz, Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned, food/convenience company that has been in business since 1952.
