Due to continued growth, they are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations during one of the facility's most critical shifts. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems in real time, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing: Lead, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a culture centered on safety, accountability, and teamwork. Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery objectives are consistently achieved. Monitor production metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall operational performance. Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, and other cross‑functional teams to quickly resolve production challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving workflow, and increasing productivity. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing procedures. Conduct shift meetings, communicate production priorities, and maintain clear communication between shifts. Support employee development through coaching, training, performance management, and recognition of high performers. Assist with scheduling, staffing, labor allocation, and production planning to meet customer demands. Lead by example on the production floor while maintaining a visible, approachable leadership style. What We're Looking For: Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience supervising production employees in a fast‑paced manufacturing facility. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational best practices. Proven ability to motivate teams, build accountability, and develop employees.
