Role Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end digital illustration workflows using Krita or Libresprite.
- Develop concepts, compositions, and fully rendered artwork demonstrating professional techniques.
- Document artistic decisions, layer structures, and creative problem-solving steps for AI training.
- Refine color, value, brush usage, and visual design throughout each project.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve creative workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve creative or technical illustration challenges.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Krita or Libresprite with a strong illustration portfolio.
- Experience completing full digital illustration projects from sketch to final output.
- Solid foundation in graphic design, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills for layer management and workflow clarity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain creative intent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
