Audio Engineer | $65/hr Remote

- Create, edit, and mix multi-track audio projects using Ardour or LMMS.
- Demonstrate end-to-end audio production workflows from concept to final mix.
- Experiment with sound design, layering, and real-time adjustments during production.
- Apply professional mixing techniques to refine and enhance audio quality.
- Clearly communicate creative decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share feedback and improve workflow capture.
- Ensure final audio outputs meet industry standards for quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Strong experience using Ardour and/or LMMS for audio production.
- Strong foundation in audio editing, mixing, and music production workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and refine multi-track audio projects from scratch.
- Detail-oriented approach to producing high-quality audio assets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and creative challenges.
