Senior Commercial Counsel - SaaS, AI & Cloud Licensing

Relativity

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions in a hybrid role based in Chicago. You will draft, review, and negotiate software, SaaS, and cloud-service agreements, with a focus on strategic partnerships and AI-enabled offerings. You will partner with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to enable growth, manage legal risk, and develop scalable contracting processes.
