Cutter/Serving LIne

We are always looking for experienced Pit Masters and Cutters to join our team. Cutting Team Members are expected to have some experience in cutting or be able to show during the interview process they understand the fundamentals of butchering, seasoning, fast pace, executing tickets with care, line control, keep your head on swivel and timing that are needed to produce top barbecue. Have reliable transportation Be able to work in a fast pace environment Take correction well Be eager to learn Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
