As Chief of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery, you will lead a well-established, high-performing team of 14 physicians and APPs across a growing, multisite practice. You ll have the platform, resources, and institutional support to expand programs, elevate clinical excellence, and influence the next generation of dermatologists.

Salary Range, $615,479 to $729,537

The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.

Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary . In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.

What You Bring

• Board Certification in Dermatology
• 5 or more years of Academic leadership experience
• A track record of building teams, programs, and collaborative care models
• Passion for education, mentorship, and advancing academic dermatology
• Experience in graduate medical education
