Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or related behavioral needs
- Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in diverse educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Support teachers and faculty in managing classroom behaviors and fostering a positive learning space
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students to encourage skill development and social interaction
- Maintain clear, timely documentation per school and regulatory standards
