IT Technician I - Help Desk

IT Technician I – Help Desk Graduate student positions offering 20 hours per week, salary $13.00 per hour, available for Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters (2025–2026). Location: St. Mary’s Hall. UNIT will provide all training; no prior experience required. Responsibilities: Provide first‑level help‑desk support for UNIT‑supported systems. Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system. Requirements: Graduate student status. Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Additional Information: Summer, Fall, and Spring positions. UNIT will provide all training.
