Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. rr equivalent education/experience Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: 1 year Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
