Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting

• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting tools

• Assist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting activities

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business objectives

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and reporting

• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

• Experience with Planful is a plus
