You will be the single owner of our internal systems – managing our device fleet, securing endpoints and network, owning vendor relationships, and running smooth onboarding/offboarding. You will also keep us SOC2 compliant and audit‑ready as we scale. You A strong IC who owns their domain completely. You don’t need a team under you to get things done – you’re hands‑on, organized, and know how to keep a fast‑moving company’s infrastructure tight. You might come from an in‑house IT role at a high‑growth startup, an MSP background, or a systems/ops engineering path where you naturally drifted toward the internal‑facing work.
