Investor Relations Specialist

To support a growing capital formation team, the remote Investor Relations Specialist will cultivate relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, full-time or part-time capacity. Key responsibilities Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure introductions and book qualified investor conversations Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through organized follow-up and CRM activity Required qualifications Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and/or family offices in North America Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong organizational skills for maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
