Robotic Welder Operator (Will train sharp mechanically inclined candidate).

Pay: $23- $30/hr

Shift: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

We are hiring a Robotic Welder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team focused on high-quality fabrication. This role combines robotic welding, MIG welding, and hands-on fabrication , working primarily on bulk storage tanks and large metal structures .

• Set up and operate robotic welding equipment
• Perform MIG welding, spot welding, and tack welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components for production
• Grind and finish welds to meet quality and appearance standards
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Use fabrication equipment including grinders, shears, bead blasters, and timesaver machines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs

• Experience with MIG welding (steel or stainless steel)
• Exposure to or experience with robotic welding equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabrication experience (cutting, fitting, assembly)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and able to work full-time in a production environment

• Experience with spot welding or tack welding
• Exposure to sub-arc welding
• Experience working on tanks, structural fabrication, or large weldments
• Familiarity with shears, bead blasting, or finishing equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Sueur, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Le Sueur,MN.
