Title Specialist

Now Hiring For An Indianapolis Title Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Verify and review loan and title documentation
• Process assigned title work through designated queues
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text
• Resolve documentation issues and customer concerns
• Review accounts for accuracy and potential issues
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor degree in business or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of working with auto titles and at a dealership required

This position is in the office, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.
