Job Summary:
Cleveland, Ohio The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health to provide expert clinical care in a home setting. The role requires candidates to be experienced in home-based therapy and familiar with Epic electronic health record system. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
